Le modèle UF-2000A / UF-4000A / UF-R4000A est une nouvelle alimentation électrique pour le brasage par refusion Hot Bar, le thermoscellage, le laminage ACF et le Heat Staking. Elle utilise la technologie de chaleur pulsée pour fournir un réchauffement ciblé et une régulation précise de la température pour une variété de composants comme les circuits souples, les câbles plats, les fils, les composants de montage en surface et les connecteurs à un ou deux côtés, et l’assemblage par thermocompression de ruban doré.
