Power Cube 32/45/64

The Power Cube 32/45/64 systems are high-frequency generators with power ratings from 2kW to 9kW. Fully microprocessor-managed, they are capable of guaranteeing a stable power output and optimum operating frequency. The Power Cube 90/180/360MF systems operate at medium frequencies, and are suitable for use in automatic or semi-automatic environments. They are ideal for applications such as thermal treatment and soldering of large metal parts.

All Ceia generators can be combined with Ceia Power Controller units which provide automatic and semi-automatic management of soldering cycles. Master Controller units, which include all the features of Power Controllers plus management of one or two solder dispensers, are also standard options from CEIA. In addition, Master Controllers are fitted with a chip card reader which allows work routines to beprogrammed, saved and transferred into multiple systems.

With stainless steel casings, and conforming to CE regulations, Ceia generators are also compliant with relevant safety and EMS standards. Ceia also offers a range of optical sensors which can operate from 150oC to 1200oC.
