Single Component Time/Pressure Dispensing

Miyachi Europe offers two dispensing processes:

A basic benchtop controller is usually combined with a filled syringe for manual dispensing. A relatively simple solution to most one-component fuids, where time
and air pressure determine the quantity of material that has to be dispensed.

Depending on your production volume a valve system with a large material pressure container may be an alternative. This gives you production speed and consistancy.

Applications in single component time/pressure dispensing are: bonding with cyanoacrylate, doming, spraying conformal coating and gasketing.
