Jet Dispensing
Where dispense shot sizes are getting smaller, and/ or when your products do not allow physical contact with a dispense needle, jetting is a most probable solution. Adhesives, greases, oils, fuxing agents and many other liquids are applied with a maximum of speed and accuracy through a piezo driven dispense valve, designed for extreme durability and low cost of ownership. The valve is electrically actuated. The material may need to be pressurised between 0.1 to 100 Bar.
Jet Dispensing Benefits
-
High durability, low maintenance costs
-
No reject based on collisions between substrate and dispensing needle
-
Highes process reliability
-
Process acceleration due to a maximum dispensing speed
-
Lowest change-over-times, qualified for variouw liquids
-
High accuracy of the dispensing position
-
Extremely fluid efficiency
-
SPC compatible control systems offer a maximum process control
Jet Dispensing Applications
Jet Dispensing can be applied in almost every industry. Examples of Jet Dispensing applications are:
dispensing oils and greases for micromechanical and electronic components, cooling lubricants, spraying solvents and primers, cleaning and desinfection agents, dispensing food colours and flavours, hotmelt adhesives, sealing laquers, silicone oils and materials for pressure sensitive adhesive tapes.
Jet Dispensing is applied in many industries, such as Automotive, Electronics & Solar Cells, IT & Multimedia, Medical, Aerospace, Defence.
