Value-driven, highly accurate, Multi-Purpose Digital Controller TS500R
The TS500R is the first of its type in the industry, and is capable of controlling all Techcon Systems valve series including: Pneumatic Valves, Spray Valves, Rotary Auger Valves and Rotary Auger Valves with encoder motor. With a universal power supply of 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz, it is a fully ‘plug and play’ system that can be used immediately, anywhere in the world, with its accompanying tools and accessories.

This new, feature-rich controller is designed and manufactured to be affordable, durable, reliable, and serviceable. Specified for manufacturing environments where accuracy and repeatability take priority, the TS500R uses a highly responsive air pressure management system, coupled with a digital timing circuit of 0.008 to 60.000 seconds in 1 ms increments, to provide consistent and repeatable control of all types of valves. In addition, the user friendly software further promotes ease-of-use with 10 programmable memories capable of storing and recalling the most frequently used dispensing cycle.

Extending operator flexibility, product application is diverse, ranging from the precision control of single acting pneumatic valve, for generic bonding applications, or spray valve controlling for conformal coating process, to the sophisticated Rotary auger pump with encoder feedback for solder paste dispensing.

The TS500R controller has been rigorously tested to meet international EMC/safety requirements and has EC (ECC countries), TUV-GS (German Safety Tested), NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) and eK (Republic of Korea) approvals.
