Tip Extraction

A soldering piston with integrated suction nozzle is excellent to use at working spots with 1-2 soldering tools and repeatable working tasks. This is one of the most cost effective ways of avoiding hazardous smoke and gas from hand soldering to get into surroundings.

When doing hand soldering the most effective method will be the tip extraction system. This method allows continuous removal of fumes from the iron while in use or at rest. The dangerous fumes are removed straight at the tip of the soldering iron. The tube can be integrated in the soldering iron or as a clip-on kit mounted to the iron.
