Typical applications
Any non-abrasive fluid can be applied with the jet technology, from water-thin to thick, pasty materials. It is more the circumstantial production requirements that may imply a successful use of this high speed, extremely accurate technology:

JetPro-100 or JetPro-200
Jet-dispense system comprises a small, light weight, piezoelectric-actuated valve, a dispenser and, if required, a controller unit.
The use of this specific technology enables the user to reach extreme short dispensing time (³10µs). This can obviously lead to very small fluid deposits (down to 0,002µl). Higher flow rates are of course achievable (up to 300g/min).
The wetted parts are thermally separated from the valve actuator, to assure highest process reliability.
Because of the “contact less” dispensing process, rejects based on collisions between substrate and dispensing needle are no longer a problem. The extreme speed of dispensing enables the user to increase production volume.
Optional
An optional needle adapter is available to match the regular needle dispense process with the ultra fast and precise piezo-technology.
Especially for the typical small JetPro applications we have developed a line of high precision needles to match almost any requirement.
