Based on these technologies and on the range of standard desk top and in line systems, a continuously developing portfolio of automation modules supports our capability of designing the production systems tailored to your specific conditions.
After your first inquiry you will quickly find yourself in a 4-step process:
Step 1: Identifying your needs
As the only precision joining company in the world to offer support before you place an order, we start by analyzing your joining needs at our Technology Center. Optimization of your joining processes is achieved by leveraging multiple joining technologies with state of the art laser welding & marking, dispensing, soldering and heat-sealing technologies.
Step 2: Designing your specific production system
When the main system strategy has been defined with you, our Engineering Center applies the latest CAD techniques to specify the exact construction. To ensure the process is as efficient as possible, our mechanical and software engineers use standard solutions wherever possible. Our portfolio of standardized modules for a.o. part feed and –handling, vision, automatic alignment, and operator security will probably cover the largest part your requirements. Obviously, we will also gladly define possible new developments together with you.
Step 3: Assembly & 100% testing
Precision assembly at MIYACHI EUROPE includes full functional testing and software debugging. You receive full documentation together with all appropriate certification.
Step 4: Delivery, training, service and maintenance
Being part of the global Miyachi Group, we will deliver and install your production system in any of your plants worldwide. And the service doesn’t stop there, our systems engineers will train your staff intensively to ensure optimal operation. On top of that, regular servicing will further optimize your productivity for years to come.
